About Us

Our company was established in Tuzla, Istanbul in 1997 to manufacture and sell hydraulic materials and equipment, industrial and hydraulic hoses, and stainless steel fittings, while also providing engineering services to the shipbuilding, yacht building, and land-based contracting sectors. It continues its commercial activities with a record of growth, innovation, and pioneering work in Türkiye.

In 2018, our company changed its trade name to BOSS Paslanmaz Hidrolik Bağlantı Elemanları San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., under its registered BOSS brand used in the production of stainless steel tube and hose fittings.

Since our establishment, we have placed high quality, reliability, and compliance with international standards at the forefront of our design, manufacturing, and engineering processes. As a concrete mark of this commitment and our exacting approach, we demonstrate our strength in global markets through International Type Approval certificates issued by respected IACS member authorities that set global maritime and industrial standards.

With a workforce of 35 people, including 5 engineers, 7 technical specialists, and 6 technicians, our company primarily serves the defence industry, MİLGEM projects, ship and yacht construction, contracting, chemical, and food sectors. It continuously develops in line with industry needs, integrates with technology, and is committed to providing customers with high-quality and fast service. In addition to stainless steel production, we also manufacture aluminium, bronze, cupronickel, and special-alloy steel components according to project requirements.

Our company places great importance on R&D, and its success is rooted in the high value it gives to research and production. Supported by TÜBİTAK, our company also has several sector-specific and cross-sector R&D projects that have been approved by TÜBİTAK or are awaiting approval. BOSS Paslanmaz works with many leading organisations in the defence industry and serves as a key supplier and domestic manufacturer, particularly for MİLGEM projects.
